FRAUD ALERT
Western Bank will NEVER ask you for your Online Banking credentials or ask that you log in to our Online Banking system through an unsolicited phone call, email, or text message.
If you have received a call, email or message asking you to provide that information, or to login to your Online Banking profile through a provided link, the request is fraudulent and should not be replied to or clicked on. NEVER provide anyone your credentials or the multi-factor authentication code you are sent when logging into Online Banking. If Western Bank contacts you about potential fraud on your account, we will only ask for limited information to verify we are speaking with the account owner. Our debit card fraud prevention software may send you messages asking for confirmation on a pending transaction, however those texts only ask for a “Yes” or “No” response and will not contain a link or request for you to log into your Online Banking profile. If you feel you have received instructions or a request to provide information that you feel could be fraudulent, please contact Western Bank at (877) 301-2262.
